Repair and maintain mechanical equipment and machinery in accordance with drawings, operational manuals, and manufacturer's specifications, using hand and power tools and testing equipment.
Qualifications:
Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
- High School diploma, general equivalency diploma (GED), GED equivalent programs, and/or other Vocational degrees/certificates.
- 3-5 years in related work.
- Stands, walks, reaches most of the day and handles light and medium weight tools, objects and equipment, frequently moves equipment up to 80 lbs., works on ladders and scaffolds.
- Changing conditions depending on job; dirt, dust, fumes, grease water, steam, refrigerants, and various Plant Operational compounds.
- Indoor and outdoor work.
