Responsibilities

• Assist in the delivery of personalized, professional and quality patient care
• Provide excellent internal and external customer service
• Prepare of all departmental paperwork
• Answer the department’s telephone
• Schedule patients as needed
• Enter and retrieve patient information from the Hospital Information System (HIS)
• Assist the nursing staff as indicated
• Maintain the work area in a clean and organized manner
• Pre-Admission testing
• Chart development/oranization

Qualifications

Job Requirements

• One year related experience

Preferred Job Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
