Responsibilities

This position is responsible for planning and delivery of direct and indirect patient care, developing nursing care plan in coordination with patient, family and interdisciplinary staff as necessary and communicating changes in patient’s clinical condition with Physicians, Nursing Supervisor/Manager, and co-workers as appropriate.

Qualifications

Job Requirements:

• Graduate of a NLN/AACN accredited program in nursing
• Must have a minimum of one (1) year experience required in an in-patient setting; 
• Previous employment in a telemetry setting required; 
• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure by the NJ State Board of Nursing Examiners
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification required
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Certification required

Preferred Job Requirements: 

• cardiovascular setting preferred
• three (3) years of experience preferred
