Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the daily duties of assigned staff within the Patient Services.
• Assist management in training and developing new employees.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to new employees.
• Assist in enforcing the department’s training and development program.
• Partner with the supervisor to ensure that the Patient Services Program reflects the vision and strategy established for the department.
• Adhere to policies, procedures and regulations to ensure patient safety and compliance.

Qualifications

Job Requirements

• Familiarity with medical terminology
• Familiarity with EMR systems

Preferred Job Requirements

• Associates, High School Diploma, or GED equivalent. Higher education may be substituted for experience
