• Provide a table in the Dining Room or Cantina
• Answer the phone
• Serve our Guests (and the Servers serving Guests) quickly and efficiently.
• “Read” the guest and deliver the experience they want on this visit
• Suggestive Sell Specials and Extras
• Sidework & Cleaning duties
• Maintain a Clean and Well-Stocked Area

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:

• Regular and reliable attendance
• Must be able to be on your feet for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Greet and welcome guests as they arrive.
• Offer a Guest Obsessed farewell as they depart.
• Able to operate the POS system.
• Escort guests to their table, give them menus, and answer any questions.
• Answer incoming calls and address guest inquiries.
• Able to take orders, enter the POS, accurately bag the orders, and handle an efficient guest transaction.
• Give guests accurate wait time estimates.
• Clean and maintain sparkling clean restrooms and lobbies.
• Optimize seating at different tables to ensure even workload for servers/staff.
