Hacienda Ford of Alice is Hiring a Warranty Clerk Near Alice, TX
- Process all claims by the next business day following RO close date
- Handle and resolve all claim corrections and chargebacks
- Review every warranty repair order for proper completion, accuracy, and legibility according to the policies and procedures.
- Flag the technician for the hours earned on the service they performed
- Conduct weekly audits of warranty and schedules, review all old claims, and address any adjustments or write-offs
- Assist service consultants in closing all open warranty ROs
- Assist service consultants and technicians with any warranty questions
- Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing
- Ability to read & comprehend written instructions and information
- General knowledge of automotive parts & vehicle mechanical operations
- 2 years of experience in an automotive dealership
