P URPOSE : To supervise and direct crew operations for the Henrico County Mobile Crews.

DESCRIPTION : Responsible for the direct supervision and coordination of the daily operations of SOAR365 Henrico County Mobile Crews which principally includes the safe and efficient removal of litter from Henrico County Roads and other properties as needed.

DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Works to achieve excellent client relations.
• Maintains a valid Virginia driver's license and SOAR365 driver status.
• Conduct and / or participate in all job-related training and safety training,
• Adheres to VDOT and County of Henrico safety procedures and protocols.
• Fosters a cooperative team environment and exemplifies SOAR365's code of conduct.
• Adheres to all SOAR365 Employment Policies.
• Observes and monitors disabled employees; coaches / counsels employees when minor issues arise; notifies Operations Supervisor of all issues.
• Adheres to all agency policies in governing safety, discrimination / harassment, the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPPA) and the agency's Human Rights plan.
• Other duties as assigned.

JOB KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS :

• Valid Virginia driver's license, DMV record insurable at normal
• Adequate oral and written communication skills for positive and clear interaction with managers and employees and for completion of documentation in a timely / accurate manner.
• Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to persuade and motivate others and invoke a positive work atmosphere.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to walk up to 8 miles a day.
• Ability to do repetitious bending at the waist, kneeling, and overhead lifting.

REPORTING RELATIONSHIP(S) : Reports directly to the Operations Supervisor. Also receives feedback and direction from the Quality Coordinator and Administrative Supervisor.

Supervises and directs Mobile Crew Grounds Maintenance Laborer / General Laborer.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED :

Education : A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Experience : Two (2) years of supervisory experience is preferred.
