Reports to ReStore Assistant Manager
Must answer all screener questions and include a resume to be considered for the position.
Weekly schedule will be 32 hours a week Tues-Fri 9:00 am to 5:30 pm
PTO days, 7 paid holidays and IRA available after 90 days
Possible pay increases at 90 days, mid year and end of year based on job performance.
Essential duties and responsibilities:
· Provides exemplary customer service by promptly answering and responding to phone calls, emails and providing timely acknowledgement of donations;
· Carries out donation screenings in alignment with current acceptance plan for donation/product usability, declining donations in a professional and courteous manner;
· Works with donors in a professional and positive manner to resolve concerns or complaints and escalate issues to Assistant Manager as appropriate;
· Prioritize calls and emails according to urgency and importance;
· Maintains donor relationships through high quality, attentive customer service;
· Schedules pickups and deliveries for multiple trucks utilizing computer software to create and coordinate efficient full schedule truck routes;
· Communicates route and donation details daily to ReStore truck associates with real-time information about donations, traffic, obstacles and requirements;
· Anticipates and resolve challenges with traffic, weather and stop delays by re-routing drivers and communicating with donors as appropriate;
· Provides donor activity, donation data and demographic reports in a timely and efficient manner;
· Prepares monthly dashboards for ReStore Committee, Executive Committee and Board of Directors;
· Enters volunteer data in software systems, maintains truck logs, maintains records of donor activities and communications;
· Provides administrative support to ReStore Manager and Assistant Manager and assures all ReStore operational supplies are stocked and re-ordered;
· Share Habitat for Humanity’s mission to donors and explain how ReStore donations play an important role in Habitat’s mission;
· Follows ReStore safety standards and recommends updates as needed;
· Other duties as required
