DONATIONS SCHEDULERDepartment: Procurement
Location: 2420 N Raleigh Blvd, Raleigh NC 27604
Supervisor: Donations Operations Supervisor
SUMMARY:Habitat for Humanity has a ReStore that supports Habitat's mission by raising funds by selling donated building materials and home goods to the public. Many of these donations are brought into the ReStore through the pickups service. This position will manage the scheduling and logistics of the daily pickup service.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Retrieve incoming calls for the donation line
- Screen donations over the phone and schedule pickups for daily truck routes
- Serve as a liaison between the Donor's and Driver's throughout the shift
- Data Entry
- Provide excellent customer service to all donors through phone and email
- Manage scheduling for multiple trucks on the daily
- Explain Habitat for Humanity's mission to our donors and understand how the ReStore donations play an important role in the mission
- A strong belief in the organizations mission, goals and accomplishments
- Clear and Friendly Communication
- Ability to provide professional customer service, over the phone and email
- Ability to manage mapping and follow up logistics associated with scheduling drivers and responding to donors in a timely fashion
- Basic computer skills for data entry
- Willingness to work independently and follow instructions
- Experience working in a team environment
- Detail oriented
- Understanding of the Retail environment
- Ability to multi-task and handle many moving pieces to coordinate the daily logistics of picking up donations across a multi-county region
