We are seeking a Recovery Services Specialist in our busy collections department to reach out and work with customers to compassionately create zero balances.

Responsibilities & Requirements of a Recovery Services Specialist

Consistently review all open accounts, reviewing for accuracy of account status and any action that is needed to resolve account. Communicate and collaborate with other recovery services team members to ensure that accounts are resolved in a timely manner. Make outbound calls to provide account resolution opportunities and receive incoming calls to take payments.

Required skills:

• Collections, sales and customer service skills, prior collections experience preferred, but not a requirement
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Basic phone skills
• Courteous, professional, appropriate on the phone
