Primary responsibilities include:
- Answering phone calls and emails
- Setting service appointments
- Communicating status to customers
- Preparing for service appointments including ensuring parts and tools arrive
- Monitoring completion of service appointments including service reports
- Assist with other general office tasks
Success in this position will require:
- A strong desire to interact with and assist customers
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and handle fast paced environment
- Detail oriented and organized
- PC skills including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
