All duties of an Electrical worker are to be performed according to Haakon Industries operating procedures in order to maximize the safety of all personnel at the work site and to efficiently perform the task. Read electrical schematics, blueprints and other technical diagrams
Lay out conduit runs, cutting and bending conduit, drilling holes and installing boxes
Wiring up motors, heaters, lights and switches
Testing of completed circuits
Blue-print reading and layout analysis
Fitting and fabricating metal products
Measuring and math skills including converting fractions to decimals
Work independently with minimal supervision and efficiently in a team environment
Coordinate and work well with other departments and teams
Willing to be cross trained in assembly department
Work from heights
Work under pressure
Lift and carry heavy items up to 75lbs
Maintaining a quick and steady pace throughout your work shift
ETL and NEC knowledge helpful, but not required
Requirements
Mechanically inclined(auto repair or maintenance type of skills)
Time management skills

Physically fit (demanding physical labor)
Ability to readily determine the correct tools and equipment needed to do job.

Job requires ability to work with a variety of hand and power tools
Ability to lift and manipulate objects of up to 50 lbs is required
Use of Personal Protection Equipment will be required (e.g. safety glasses, safety boots, ear plugs, gloves)
Regularly works near moving mechanical parts and in conditions that include heat and humidity, and exposure to dust.
Must be able to lift, push, pull or carry objects, use abdominal and lower back muscles to provide support over time without fatigue.
Requires good manual dexterity (hand, hand with arm, two hands) and multi-limb coordination.
Noise level is generally loud.
Must be able to quickly move arms and legs.
Excellent stamina is required.
