General Manager Responsibilities include:
•Assisting in the recruitment and training of front-of-house staff
•Ensuring that all staff members adhere to company food safety and sanitation standards, ensuring the safety of both guests and staff
•Overseeing company policies and systems to ensure that they are properly maintained
•Providing excellent customer service to guests and managers while on the floor
•Ensuring that all new employees receive adequate training and resources to succeed in their roles
•Enforcing all labor laws and practices
•Participating in forecasting and budgeting
•Attending senior management meetings as needed
Requirements for the General Manager position:
•3-5 years of experience in managing high-volume restaurants
•Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required
•Demonstrating a high level of integrity and honesty
•Being detail-oriented, hospitable, and confident in your abilities
•Possessing excellent communication skills
