We are seeking a compassionate, friendly individual to support the front office operations. This position will include greeting patients, answering phones, assisting staff and patients with scheduling and new patient work up. This position will also work closely with our medical insurance billing team, therefore, knowledge of medical insurance and billing is a must. We are looking for someone with strong interpersonal and communication skills. Must also be proficient in healthcare and computer knowledge. Physical therapy experience is a definite plus! We offer a fun, friendly, warm environment, and are looking for someone who will compliment our current team.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 30 per week
