H2O Innovation is looking for a new team member as a Field Service Technician! Our next colleague will hold a permanent & full-time position and will work at and out of the Champlin, MN plant. You will be asked to perform a wide variety of assembly tasks and will learn new skills. We are looking for someone who is mechanically inclined with attention to detail and utilizes foresight.

THE DAY-TO-DAY

• LOTO (Lock-Out-Tag-Out) equipment;
• Load and change filters;
• CIP (Clean in place) water systems;
• Mechanically install/replace pipes, equipment, instruments and valves for water filtration equipment;
• Glue PVC pipe and fittings;
• Measuring, cutting, drilling, tapping for supports or installation;
• Pull wires, label them, then land to devices;
• Ensure a good quality product;
• Support process improvements;
• Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition;
• Carry out all other related tasks;
• Fill out field reports.

THE SKILLS WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• 1-3 years of related work experience;
• Ability to read technical plans;
• Available to travel 50-75% of the time;
• Personal tools;
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and be autonomous;
• Be organized, rigorous and meticulous;
• Be an excellent team player;
• Have a positive and professional attitude towards your team and internal and external clients.
