Location: Brooklyn, NY (Sunset Park Area)

Schedule: FULL TIME –9AM-6PM

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: Ongoing Contract

Skills/Qualifications

• 0-1 years' office or customer service experience
• Good typing skills
• Ability to work 40 hours/week

Job Description:

• We are seeking an individual that would be generally responsible for handing inbound processing as well as assisting with the production of outbound mailing services.
• Sorts and delivers incoming mail by department and/or employee to ensure timely distribution.
• Time/date stamp all incoming/outgoing mail.
• Sorts and delivers interdepartmental mail including notices and memoranda.
• Picks up departmental mail.
• Maintains records of receipt, mailing dates, and other required information.
• Perform data entry
• Performs other related duties as assigned
