We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Specialist to join our team and help expand our reach in the Amarillo and Lubbock areas. 

The Marketing Sales Specialist will play a crucial role in promoting our clinic's services and expanding our patient base. This position requires travel between Amarillo, Lubbock, and Tyler/Longview once a month. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent communication skills and a passion for making a difference in the lives of children and their families. 

What You'll Do:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase patient referrals and new patient numbers in the Amarillo and Lubbock areas.
• Conduct regular visits to healthcare providers, schools, community organizations, and other potential referral sources to promote our clinic's services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new referral sources.
• Organize and participate in community events, health fairs, and other outreach activities to increase brand awareness.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing efforts and adjust strategies as needed.
• Travel to Tyler/Longview once per month to support marketing efforts in that region.

• Proven experience in a marketing, sales, or community outreach role, preferably in the healthcare sector.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Passion for working with children and making a positive impact in the community.
