The Operations Manager is a manufacturing professional that will be responsible for ensuring our organization is performing to KPI Metrics with smooth and efficient service, that meets the expectations of our customers.

Operations Manager Job Duties:

• Manage day to day activities

• Develop and analyze statistics

• Plan and control change

• Research new technologies and alternative methods of efficiency

• Liaison with managers of different areas of the company

• Assist in the training and supervising of new employees

• Track and measure staff performance

• Other duties as assigned

• 10 to 15 years in progressive manufacturing roles including Operations Manager

• Degree in Engineering from an accredited university

• Experience in Lean Manufacturing implementation and coaching

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; however other candidates may be considered with relevant work experience

• Safety sensitive position

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $90,000.00 per year
