We are actively seeking applicants for immediate (Part-Time) employment opportunities, in Oak Ridge, TN. Please note: These are day-time vacancies (day shifts). Currently, this position is one day per week, 4 hours per day.  

Overview: The Custodian performs several janitorial services tasks which might include clearing away garbage, dusting, and cleaning floors or carpets, while ensuring all areas are safe.

Job Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED equivalency is required. 
• Must be 18-years of age at time of hire. 
• Valid driver’s license (preferred).

Fundamental/Essential Duties:

• Cleans, dust mop, sweep, mop and vacuum floors. 
• Cleans, empties, replenish bags, & service trash cans. 
• Maintains outside entrances areas, including sweeping debris. 
• Spot clean carpet. 
• Maintains removable (area and throw) rugs. 
• Maintain stairways, elevators and handicap lifts. 
• Record services performed. Tracks and orders cleaning & paper supplies. 
• Cleans windows. 
• Dusts light and heavy furnishing and fixture. 
• Cleans, sanitizes and restocks supplies for: Restrooms, Toilet & Urinals Areas, Locker Rooms including showers, with the ability to detail clean toilets, urinals & sinks as required. 
• Cleans water fountains. 
• Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment with little to no deficiencies. 
• Effective communication skills. 
• Any/all (related) duties as assigned.
