Hörmann is hiring a Plant Manager for our manufacturing facility in Puyallup, WA. This is a first shift position. Responsible for production load capacity. Collaborates for production scheduling, Process improvement, Equipment troubleshooting. Fiscally responsible for manufacturing operations. This position reports directly to the company’s Vice President

Education/Experience: Any combination of education and required skills and knowledge for successful performance would be qualifying:
Knowledge: Working knowledge of budgets and financial statements, manufacturing methods, process improvement programs and procedures, LEAN manufacturing methods
Skill: Highly skilled in managing both automated and semi-automated production environments and be highly knowledgeable of efficiency, capacity planning and assembly methods.
