The Marketing and Experience team is looking for a Senior Program Manager that will play a crucial role supporting our Adobe implementation ensuring we deliver exceptional results. This position will report directly to the Director of Marketing Operations and has high visibility to executive leadership.
Job Summary
The Adobe program manager will be responsible for leading and managing various aspects of the change management process for the implementation of Adobe solutions within the organization. This individual will work closely with the Marketing and Experience team, IT, and Analytics to ensure a smooth transition and seamless integration of the Adobe technologies. It will be imperative this individual is familiar with managing across internal and external teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning: The program manager will develop a comprehensive project plan, outlining the key milestones, tasks, and resources required to successfully implement the Adobe solutions. This plan will include timelines and resource allocations.
Stakeholder Management: The program manager will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including the Marketing & Experience team, IT, Analytics as well as other departments impacted by the change. This will involve regular communication, collaboration, and negotiation to align objectives and ensure successful implementation.t
Training and Education: The program manager will provide training and education to team members, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively use and manage the Adobe solutions. This may involve conducting training sessions, creating user guides and documentation, and providing ongoing support.
Risk Management: The program manager will identify and mitigate risks throughout the implementation process. This may involve developing contingency plans, conducting risk assessments, and monitoring project progress to ensure timely and successful delivery.
Continuous Improvement: The program manager will actively seek opportunities to improve and optimize the implementation of the Adobe solutions. This may involve conducting post-implementation reviews, gathering feedback from stakeholders, and making recommendations for further enhancements.

What you'll bring to the team...
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as project management, information technology, or business administration
  • 5 years Program Management and Change Management experience
  • Proven experience in managing and implementing complex software or technology projects; preferably Adobe
  • Strong understanding of change management principles and methodologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and manage diverse teams
  • Proficient in project management software tools and methodologies
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Suite, Sharepoint, Salesforce
  • Experience facilitating workshops and trainings
  • Familiarity with agile methodology
  • Experience working with third party contracting resources
