Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Service Technician to join our team. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for our equipment. This is a hands-on role that requires strong mechanical knowledge, troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work independently in the field.

Responsibilities:
- Perform equipment repairs and maintenance according to manufacturer guidelines
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and software issues
- Install and configure computer hardware and software
- Conduct preventative maintenance inspections on equipment
- Collaborate with customers to identify and resolve technical problems
- Provide training and support to end-users on equipment operation
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and inventory
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

Experience:
- Previous experience as a Service Technician or similar role
- Proficiency in reading schematics and technical manuals
- Familiarity with OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) guidelines
- Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude for equipment repair
- Experience with computer hardware installation and software troubleshooting
- Knowledge of computer networking principles is a plus
- Ability to use hand tools and diagnostic equipment effectively
