Role

As a Broadband Sales Independent Contractor your role plays a tremendous impact as being a part of the H&H team.

The responsibilities and qualifications we are looking for are listed below:

Responsibilities

• Understand all the products and services.
• Apply your sales expertise to conduct door-to-door and tent-and-table sales.
• Hit monthly personal minimum performance standards.
• Exercise control over your working hours and choice of sales locations to optimize performance.
• Report sales progress in the Sales Tracking System.
• Be active in team and company chats.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify business development opportunities.
• Attend daily, weekly, and monthly prescribed meetings and training.
• Adhere to company values.
• Utilize our detailed training materials to enhance your knowledge of products and refine your sales techniques.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Be an advocate for H&H Unstoppable services and educate potential customers how the services we offer work.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in outside sales or account management is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Proficient in using Salesforce or similar CRM software, preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Desired Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years’ experience in outside sales, preferably involving selling to end consumers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A strong sense of self-motivation and drive.
• An outgoing personality with a professional disposition.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $100.00 - $80,000.00 per year
