Job Responsibilities:

• Operating a gps dozer moving soil, rocks, debris, and leveling the ground at our construction sites
• Must know GPS and grade sticks for this position
• Be able to operate other pieces of heavy equipment if needed (excavator, articulated truck, etc.)
• Assist the team in keeping the site clean and free of hazards and obstacles at all times
• Be safety conscience at all times while working in a congested and/or remote area

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience operating a gps bulldozer is required for this position
• Experience operating other heavy equipment
• Effective communication skills - will operate a hand held radio
• Properly follow all safety and company policies - dedicated safe work practices
• Must be able to work outside in all weather conditions and tolerate loud noises (blasting onsite, loud machinery, drilling, etc.)
• Willingness to work in a team environment and assist co-workers and supervisors with other duties as required
• Must be willing to work overtime and extended hours as needed
• Punctuality and reliability are expected

Entry level pay is $24 hourly and higher pay will be paid for skilled gps dozer and heavy equipment operators based on experience.

• This is day shift full time job with starting times of 6:30 a.m. and will end at 5 p.m.
• Holidays paid
• 7 hours of Paid Time Off is accrued monthly after your first three months of employment

***This job is located in the Lebanon/Mt Juliet/middle TN areas and you could be required to work at any of our multiple job sites
