The H H Group is growing our Team at the Omaha Recon Center (ORC)! We have a BRAND-NEW, State-of-the-Art Facility open in the Steel Ridge Auto Mall! We are hiring a Reconditioning Intake Supervisor to properly inspect all vehicles before and after the Reconditioning Process. You will work in our fast-paced environment while being responsible for ensuring the highest level of Quality Control and efficiency within the Reconditioning Process.

Job Overview – How You’ll Contribute:

• Effectively communicate with all departments involved with the Reconditioning Process.
• Facilitate all new units in the Pre-Delivery Intake process to ensure timely completion.
• Quality Control – QC every vehicle going through the Reconditioning Process.
• Communicate effectively any damage to all purchased and new vehicle drop-offs after inspections.
• Ensure all Sublette units are being monitored and completed in a timely manner.
• Completing post inspection procedures and communicating effectively.
• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7am to 4pm.

Qualifications – What You Need to be Successful:

• The ability to read and comprehend information and perform calculations.
• An eye for detail.
• Must have a clean driving record.
• The ability to access, input, and retrieve information from the computer.
• The ability to prioritize tasks and utilize time management.
• Perform bending, pushing, climbing, leaning, twisting, reaching, kneeling, crouching, and other maneuvers associated with the position.
• Lift/move items up to 100 lbs.
• Safely operate motor vehicles with manual and automatic transmissions.
• Ability to operate hand tools and power tools properly and safely.
• Ability to walk briskly up to 500 yards frequently throughout a shift.
• Ability to move about the dealership to effectively communicate with members of other departments.
