• Pull purchased parts from stock.
• If the part is not in stock, determine availability, prepare parts requisition, and submit an emergency order if required. Keep records of special-order parts.
• Answer phone calls, follow ordering procedures for all phone orders.
• Assist outside vendors.
• Set up orders for daily shipment, delivery, or pick-up..

All Counter people

• Be friendly, professional, and efficient when working with all customers, both on the phone and in person.
• Provide a high level of service to all
• Follow up on special ordered items and notify the service manager, parts manager or tech as needed.
