• Data Tracking and Analysis
  • Collect and maintain accurate records of daily performance for all of our dealerships.
  • Monitor individual salesperson performance.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.

• Create and maintain detailed daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports based on collected data.
• Utilize spreadsheet and reporting tools to create comprehensive reports.
• Offer insights and recommendations based on the data analysis.

• Track and report the individual performance of each salesperson.
• Assist in creating individualized performance improvement plans.

• Develop and distribute informative emails to dealership staff, managers, and salespeople..
• Ensure prompt and accurate delivery of performance reports and updates.
• Address inquiries and provide support to resolve issues.

• Monitor and report on the completion of the Learning Management System (LMS) for dealership staff.
• Ensure compliance with training requirements and assist with LMS-related inquiries.

Collaboration:

• Collaborate with various departments to maintain data accuracy and completeness.

• Perform routine data quality checks to maintain the integrity of the reports.
• Correct any discrepancies or errors in data and reports.

• Maintain a comprehensive database of historical reports, performance metrics, and email communications.
• Develop and manage an organized system for easy data retrieval.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Previous experience in data analysis and report generation is advantageous.

Compensation

• This is a full-time position and the salary range is between $40-50,000/yr depending on experience plus benefits including Medical, Dental and 401K.
