Position Summary

Engineering technician responsibilities include the creation and optimization of mechanical products, machinery, and equipment. This position will work with engineers to design mechanical solutions, analyze performance results, and implement equipment.

Position Responsibilities

• Design/develop mechanical solutions to improve ergonomics and productivity
• Utilize CAD software to create models and drawings for analysis and production
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for mechanical systems
• Manage the fabrication of components for project completion
• Install, operate, and calibrate solutions for implementation
• Create project bills of materials for procurement

Position Requirements

• Associates degree in Engineering Technology or equivalent work experience
• Proficiency in SolidWorks & AutoCAD or equivalent
• In-depth knowledge of machines and tools
• Strong understanding of manufacturing and fabrication processes
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
• This position is deemed safety-sensitive

• Sound judgement, analytical & comprehension skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Good verbal communication skills
• Mechanically inclined
