What We'll Expect From You and What You'll be Doing:

  • Utilizing your expertise in process and project management to lead the product development lifecycle with an obsessive focus on detail, proactive communication, risk mitigation, and resourceful solutions.

  • Making use of your “figure it out” skills, proactivity, and collaborative superpowers in all cases of ambiguity, open items, or differing perspectives, and consistently facilitating and sharing timely resolution of all issues.

  • Building and maintaining relationships with suppliers and vendors as a hands-on, proactive leader, ensuring efficacy, quality, safety, regulatory, and financial requirements are regularly met for ingredients, packaging, and labeling.

  • Actively participating in and managing the selection and implementation of project management tools to enhance efficiency and transparency, and ensuring every detail of product launch steps in the system is up to date and referenceable by everyone at all times.

  • Contributing to the creation of the annual operating plan and conducting ongoing variance analysis to align financial and operational goals with strategic objectives.

  • Supporting and leading long-term strategic initiatives and internal projects.

  • Other duties as assigned.

  • A proven track record of 7 years of project management and successful new product launches with meticulous attention to detail in consumer packaged goods or a related field.
  • Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams through influence and relationship management (as opposed to formal management authority), proactive communication, and risk management skills.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills, prioritization, technical aptitude, business knowledge, efficiency, and outstanding time management.
  • Understanding of regulatory and quality policies and practices used in pet wellness product manufacturing and distribution, including NASC, AFCO and FDA regulations ideal but not required (as this will be required long-term).
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
  • Ability to work out of the Parker, CO HQ daily during business hours, due to the cross-functional highly collaborative nature of the role involving regular interaction throughout the day with others in the organization who work primarily out of the Parker HQ office. Some flexibility available on days when late night/early morning calls with overseas are required.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%.
  • Authorized to work in the US.

We offer competitive compensation, including $125-135K base salary depending on demonstrated skills, education, certifications, and experience, plus comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and disability insurance participation and 401K.
