Gyrus Systems is Hiring a Remote Inside Sales Executive

Are you a hardworking and ambitious professional with a passion for sales?

Gyrus Systems located in Richmond, Va is seeking an outstanding Inside Sales Executive who excels in selling Software-as-a-Service solutions. As an Inside Sales Executive, you will be on the front lines and manage the sales cycle from beginning to end. Conduct qualifying “discovery” phone calls with decision-makers, schedule web presentations and closing deals. The ideal candidate will have excellent prioritization skills, is a natural communicator, and someone who can drive web demos with confident orchestration. Someone who can excel with systematic cold-calling and inside sales activities and stay on track with diligent use of CRM software.

Responsibilities include:

  • Being able to Research, develop, and qualify opportunities at targeted prospective customers.
  • Identify key executives at targeted companies and research well-informed initial contact.
  • Build and manage a qualified pipeline of customers.
  • Schedule and present effective web demos.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle and close deals.
  • Complete of RFI and RFP proposal based on prospect requirements.
  • Understand the competitive landscape and customer needs.
  • Manage, track, and report on all sales activities and results. Qualifications, Knowledge, Abilities, and Skills

Qualifications:

  • 2–3 years of experience in sales, preferably inside sales.
  • Practical experience with CRM systems, preferably Zoho CRM or Hubspot
  • Proven track record of moving the sales cycle forward and selling intangible software services preferred.
  • The consultative mindset with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Competitive, confident, and assertive.
  • Positive attitude and outstanding communication skills
  • Determined and driven to succeed financially.
  • Competent user of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • The tech-savvy user of mobile, internet, and software applications.
  • Strong drive to interact with prospects to share product knowledge.

This position will pay Base salary, a generous commission (1st year and renewals), bonus, and full
