As a Brand Ambassador (BA) for GymTonic, you will play a pivotal role in representing our gym at external events hosted by local coffee shops, businesses, and other locations. As the face of our gym, embodying our values and promoting our services with enthusiasm and professionalism. This role requires engaging with potential customers, encouraging facility tours, and driving sign-ups by effectively communicating the benefits of GymTonic.

Duties:

• Represent and promote our brand at various events, trade shows, and marketing campaigns
• Engage with potential customers and educate them about our services
• Create a positive brand image by delivering exceptional customer service and building relationships with consumers
• Collect customer feedback and market research data to provide insights for future marketing strategies
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional initiatives

Collect potential leads contact information and submit a post-event report detailing the number of tours booked, sign-up sheet entries, and valuable attendee feedback to support Gymtonic's event assessment and prove commission.

Experience:

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Enthusiastic about fitness
• Professional demeanor and appearance in branded attire.
• Reliable time management skills, including punctuality.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accurate data collection
• Ability to confidently speak in public and engage with diverse audiences
• Strong knowledge of our brand and products/services
• Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets or goals
• Flexible schedule to accommodate evening or weekend events
