We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Part -Time Xcel Team Coach to lead and inspire our gymnasts to success. Responsibilities:

• Implement training programs for Xcel team gymnasts based on their skill levels and goals.
• Lead team practices, focusing on technique, strength, flexibility, and routines.
• Prepare gymnasts for competitions, providing guidance and support during events.
• Foster a positive and encouraging atmosphere to promote growth and confidence.
• Communicate effectively with gymnasts, parents, and staff regarding progress and goals.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed during all training sessions and events.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience coaching gymnastics, particularly with Xcel teams, preferred.
• Knowledge of USAG Xcel program rules and regulations.
• Ability to work with athletes of varying skill levels and ages.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude, patience, and a passion for helping gymnasts achieve their best.
