The Quality Engineer is responsible for supporting the CNC Milling & Turning machining centers, EDM processes, and the component and final assembly Dept. with regards to Quality Assurance. This involves but not limited to process improvement, work instruction creation and enhancement, along with recommended revisions to engineering related documentation. The QC Engineer works with manufacturing processes, tolerances, GD&T, castings, forgings, work orders and shop routers.
