In addition to hourly pay, Maintenance Techs are eligible for monthly commissions!
Duties:
- Painting of apartments preparing them for market ready status.
- Handles repairs and improvements of vacant apartments for a market-ready status.
- Works as a team participant along with the maintenance staff to ensure the community meets the quality maintenance standards set by the Company.
- Successful applicants will have verifiable work experience in the painting and apartment industry.
- In addition to the hourly pay rate, this position is eligible for monthly commissions, benefits, 401(k) with company match, discounted rent at a company-managed property, and more.
