Compensation: This position offers commission-based earnings. Agents, whether part-time or full-time, have access to the best compensation program, monthly bonuses, and the opportunity to earn equity. Qualifications/Experience:

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (or other languages besides English) is a plus but not Required.
  • A smartphone is (necessary).
  • The use of the ZOOM video conferencing platform is (Required) in most instances.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation is (Required).
  • Proven experience in insurance sales or related fields is (Preferred).
  • Strong market knowledge and understanding of insurance products and services is (Preferred).
  • Experience in retail sales, telemarketing, or sales administration is beneficial but not Required.
  • Strong entrepreneurial mindset and a desire to build a successful business is (Preferred).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and networking skills is (Required).
  • Ability to work independently or with others and manage time effectively is (Required).
  • A passion for helping others achieve financial freedom and generational wealth is (Preferred but not Required).

Duties:

  • Sell various types of insurance policies to individuals.
  • Develop and maintain a client base through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
  • Assess the client's insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options based on individual client budgets and other factors.
  • Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and changes in insurance policies.
  • Process policy changes, renewals, and claims in a timely manner.
