Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Builder to join our construction team. As a Builder, you will be responsible for various construction tasks, including electrical work, heavy lifting, fabrication, plastering, masonry, construction painting, restoration, roofing, plumbing, and concrete forming. The ideal candidate will have experience in multiple areas of construction and possess the necessary skills to complete projects efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities:
- Perform electrical work, including wiring and installation of fixtures
- Lift and move heavy materials and equipment as needed
- Fabricate and install various structures and components
- Apply plaster to walls and ceilings
- Lay bricks or stones to construct walls or other structures
- Paint surfaces using appropriate construction painting techniques
- Restore buildings or structures to their original condition
- Install or repair roofs
- Install plumbing systems and fixtures
- Form and pour concrete for foundations or other structures

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in various aspects of construction
- Ability to read blueprints and follow construction plans
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, heavy lifting techniques, fabrication methods, plastering techniques, masonry principles, construction painting methods, restoration processes, roofing procedures, plumbing systems, and concrete forming techniques
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Physical stamina and ability to perform heavy lifting and manual labor
- Strong communication skills

Pay: $19.00 - $25.69 per hour
