GVS-RPB is the market leader in the USA for Blasting Respirators and a challenger brand for high quality PAPR and tight-fitting respirators.

We are looking for a Training Specialist for our Safety Division, based in MI to work in our office in Royal Oak, to develop and perform a Training Program on the Safety Product Lines (SAR, PAPR and tight-fitting respirators) for internal employees, distributors and end users. The objective is to increase product knowledge and brand awareness.

Duties/Responsibilities:

· Develop and manage a training program on products and solutions

· Become an expert on our product portfolio

· Conduct virtual and on-site training to customers (distributors and end users) and internal employees

· Communicate with customers to ensure that all needs are met, and product information is understood

· Confidently answer questions and concerns from customers about products

· Create tools such as video and PowerPoint presentations to widespread training on the products

Required Skills/Abilities:

· Virtual and On-Site Training Management for customers

· Video Creation – Adobe Creative Suite preferred

· Technical Skills on industrial products, ideally in PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)

· Manufacturing Product Training – Preferred

· Customer Service Oriented

· Travel locally to customers for on-site training of products

· Verbal/Written Communication Skills

Education and Experience:

· Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)

· Minimum of two years’ experience working in customer service/sales/marketing environment (manufacturing preferred)

· Computer literacy (specifically Microsoft Office)

· Experience in PPE (Personal Protective Equipment), especially in Respiratory Protection
