Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and driving revenue growth. This is a key leadership role that requires strong sales skills, excellent communication, and the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals and objectives - Lead and manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and support - Set sales targets and monitor performance against goals - Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and accounts - Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand the customer base - Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives - Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for senior management - Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, market trends, and industry developments Skills: - Proven track record in sales, with a focus on achieving targets and driving revenue growth - Strong negotiation skills to close deals and secure new business opportunities - Excellent leadership abilities to motivate and inspire a sales team - Technical sales experience, preferably in technology or related industries - Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform sales strategies - Experience in outside sales and account management - Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities If you are a results-driven individual with a passion for sales and leadership, we would love to hear from you.
