Job Summary

As a Service Team Member, you are responsible for delivering food and superb customer service to our customers. You are also responsible for assisting our customers with questions and suggestions, as well as ensuring customers are satisfied. You may also be tasked with taking customer orders along with food preparation.

Responsibilities and Duties:
Cash / Credit card handling responsibilities
Prepare food orders
Greet customers while taking food orders and answering questions
Clean and organize work areas, equipment, tables, and counters
Bag, wrap, label-date, and store food items
Follow company food preparation standards
Must be able to conduct respectful and professional conversations with strong communication skills
Be organized and detail-oriented
Must be highly adaptable in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Food service experience preferred
Punctual, reliable, and trustworthy
Ability to multi-task
Able to work well in a team environment
Desire for continuous learning and professional development.
Must have your own vehicle or have a reliable means of transportation
