Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Worker to join our team. As a Warehouse Worker, you will be responsible for various tasks related to inventory management and order fulfillment. This is a vital role in our organization, ensuring that products are received, stored, and shipped efficiently.

Gusto is looking for mid-day workers (4 shifts open). We are in search of individuals who are interested in starting a career in the beverage industry with opportunities for career development.

Responsibilities:
- Utilize RF scanner to accurately track and record inventory movement
- Manage warehouse inventory, including receiving, stocking, and organizing products
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, and order pickers
- Pick and pack orders according to customer specifications
- Fabricate and build shipping containers as needed
- Perform regular cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory levels
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment preferred
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems (AS400) is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and stand for extended periods of time
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
