Gustman Subaru in Appleton is expanding!

We are looking for a Full Time Entry-Level Subaru Parts Specialist to join our growing team.

Gustman Subaru is looking for an individual with an upbeat personality and eagerness to learn. Someone with excellent listening and communication skills. Our Subaru Parts Specialist needs to be friendly and efficient with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for someone with the ability to build strong customer relationships and work well with both customers and technicians.

Duties would include but are not limited to:

• Receiving and stocking parts.
• Pulling and filling orders.
• Accurately and efficiently utilizing online parts catalogs.
• Assisting technicians, customers, vendors and service personnel with parts cost estimates.
• Answering phone calls and assisting with questions.
• Set up orders for daily shipments, deliveries, or pick-ups.
• Online parts sales.
• Shipping.

Previous experience in the automotive industry or working with parts is not necessary. On the job training is provided. Valid driver’s license required.

Hours are Monday-Friday 8am-5pm with rotating Saturdays 8am-Noon.
