- Applicants should have 3-5 years experience in crane operations and carpentry, possess experience with all types of power tools in the construction industry, read and understand DOT Standards and plans for steel layout, their own way to get to and from jobsites, safely use hand tools, handle materials and tie reinforcing steel, lift up to 50 pounds regularly, follow safety rules, work with a positive attitude, must be willing to travel as the job requires.
