The Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is a 5-star, 460-bed facility providing services for short-term rehabilitation and long-term skilled nursing care, home care programs, a ventilator dependent care, palliative and hospice care, a new Memory Care Unit and on-site dialysis. The Gurwin Family of Healthcare Services also includes the 201-apartment Gurwin Jewish~ Fay J. Lindner Residences assisted living community, and the proposed Fountaingate Gardens independent living community, to be built on the Commack campus.**

**Front Desk Receptionist**

* **Our ideal candidate should have prior experience or other related experience dealing with people.**

* **Maintain a professional appearance and a pleasant deameanor at all times.**

* **In addition; must have the ability to relate to seniors compassionately with an enthusiastic personality.**

* **Must have the ability to work a flexible schedule and be available on weekends and some holidays.**

**Principle Functions:**

* **To direct all incoming calls, visitors and questions to the appropriate destination in a professional and pleasant manner.**

* **Must adhere to the highest level of customer service.**

* **Excellent communication skills.**

* **Demonstrates an attitude of cooperation and professionalism when dealing with residents, visitors, staff and supervisors.**
