Assistant Manager
Our Northglenn location is looking for a positive, results-oriented team player to help us grow!
Gunther Toody's is seeking a highly energetic and qualified assistant manager to help lead one of our diners in the Denver area. With a fun 50's diner vibe, we strive to give our guests memories - not just food!
The right candidate will be positive, innovative, flexible, and able to help oversee a staff of approximately thirty people.
We are looking for someone with experience leading a team and managing the daily operations of the business. They will be responsible for helping to maintain high standards of food safety, quality, cleanliness and guest service.

Responsibilities
Provide leadership and direction to the hourly staff
Maintain high levels of food safety and quality
Provide a fun, 50's diner experience
Ensure cleanliness of restaurant
Aid general manager in scheduling, payroll, and inventory duties
Hitting shiftly and weekly labor targets
Assist in coaching and developing staff
Qualifications
Leadership and hospitality experience

Willingness to learn and take feedback
