RN for Gunnison Valley Home Care

Full- Time or Part-Time

RN Functions independently in performing the nursing process through assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of safe therapeutic care for patient overt and covert needs and/or complications of treatment in the patient's home. RN is accountable and responsible for assigned patient care and clinical documentation. Qualifications:

• Current RN License
• Good driving record
• Reliable transportation (mileage will be reimbursed)
• Must be able to relate positively and favorably with patients and families
