Requirements:

To be seriously considered for this role, you’ll need to have:

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in journalism, marketing, communications or a related field
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years experience required. Proficiency with Adobe Creative is preferred

Responsibilities:

We are committed to improving the health of our community by delivering exceptional service. As part of the team in the Marketing Department you will:

• Team with and support all department within Gunnison Valley Health with content development, collateral and promotional materials
• Draft internal and external written communications and graphic design work 
• Communicate GVH news, events and campaigns through social platforms including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc. 

Work Schedule:

Shift: Days, Monday - Friday (some after hours and weekends for special events.)

Status: Full Time

Physical Requirements:

Occasionally (1-33%) - Change position, crouching/squatting, stooping, lifting (0-20 lbs), carrying (0-20 lbs), pushing/pulling (0-20 lbs)

Frequently (34-66%) - Standing, walking, sitting, reaching, reach across midline, handling, fingering, stairs

Continuously (37-100%) - must be able to see with corrective eyewear, must be able to hear clearly with assistance

Compensation: $25.78 - $30.94/hr, depending on experience.

Life and AD&D insurance: All active employees working 40 or more hours per pay period are eligible for benefits on the first of the month after hire date.

Short-term and long-term disability: All active employees working 60 or more hours per pay period are eligible for benefits on the first of the month after hire date.
