Description

Gunner is #965 of Inc. 5000 fastest growing private companies and most recently, our online roofing platform was named a winner of the Good Housekeeping’s 2023 Home Renovation Awards! As such, we’re expanding nationally and looking for a Customer Experience Representative.

We are looking for an individual who is experienced on the phones. As a Customer Experience Representative, you’ll be trained on Gunner’s product offerings, systems and software and set up for success.

This is a player role and a position of what we envision will become a department as the company continues its expansion efforts.

Requirements

What you will do :

  • NO COLD CALLING COMPANY LEADS PROVIDED
  • Answer company phone lines to conduct a discovery call and dispatch a Sales Representative for an in home appointment
  • Dispatch Project Managers for service requests, as needed
  • Act as a Gate Keeper’ for solicitation calls
  • Articulation of Gunner's Products and Services to new and existing homeowners
  • Work efficiently as a team member and solo
  • Attend company and team meetings
  • Manage and nurture company leads to set sales appointments at a high level
  • Tracking data and analytics

What you will bring :

  • One year previous Sales Experience Preferred
  • Bi-lingual preferred (Spanish)
  • Phone experience required
  • Outstanding communication and listening skills
  • HubSpot experience, a plus
  • Must have an unlimited drive to succeed and a positive attitude
  • A desire to find creative solutions in a dynamic, changing environment
  • Charisma, sense of humor, and people skills needed
