Gundersen Health System is seeking a part-time LPN for our 20-bed Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit. This is your opportunity to develop meaningful relationships with patients and families while doing the work you love in the beautiful coulee region.

What you will do:

• 64 hours per two weeks = 0.8 FTE
• Work 8-hour rotating Day (6:30am – 3pm) and PM (2:30pm – 11pm) shifts; every other weekend and holiday
• Teach nursing techniques to help patients and their families develop the self-care skills necessary to move toward wellness on the illness-wellness continuum. Promote independence through involvement with patients, families, and an interdisciplinary rehabilitation team.
• Care for a patient population including individuals affected by brain injury, stroke, spinal cord injury, amputations, and debility due to prolonged illness.

What you need:

• LPN licensure to practice in the state of Wisconsin upon hire
• BLS for healthcare providers
• New graduates and experienced LPNs are welcome to apply
