What You'll Do:
Our Level II ACS-verified Trauma Center provides care to over 65,000 patients annually with a wide variety of physical and emotional needs. The department consists of 45 total patient exam rooms including ten Urgent Care rooms, five resuscitation/trauma/critical care rooms, and three dedicated Behavioral Health rooms. As a working clinical supervisor, you will be expected to provide patient care and be responsible for overseeing roughly 40 direct reports composed of nurses, EMTs, and paramedics. You will also be responsible for gap analysis and project-based work that positively impacts the department, patient care, satisfaction scores, and employee morale.
