SUMMARY
This job exist to oversee the maintenance, and repair of all hotelequipment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES ANDRESPONSIBILITIES
Guest Service
·Maintainsguest service as the drivingphilosophy of the operation

Chief Engineer Duties
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manages and directs staffincluding recruitment, selection and development to achieve Company goals andobjectives.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
LANGUAGE AND MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
·Abilityto read and speak English/Spanish and comprehend simple instructions, shortcorrespondence, and memos
·Abilityto effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations tocustomers, clients, and other employees
·Abilityto effectively communicate with employees, guests and supervisors for optimum operationof the property
·Abilityto add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using wholenumbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rates, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpretbar graphs
·Demonstratedengineering skills

Demonstrate the ability toanticipate and solve practical problems or resolve issues.
